| Protecting our environment starts with the people of New Mexico. The Conservation Voters New Mexico Education Fund helps people make real changes in their communities by protecting and improving the quality of their water, air, neighborhoods, farmlands and wildlife. We work to give citizens the knowledge and skills they need to be effective advocates for conservation. The Conservation Voters New Mexico Education Fund is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, preserving and enhancing the quality of life and the environment in New Mexico. We do this by: .......• Educating and mobilizing the public to advocate for positive change in environmental policies; .......• Increasing the capacity of the environmental community in New Mexico; and .......• Elevating the importance of conservation issues in the electoral process.
